You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on our website. Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to all premium features until the end of your paid period.
Cancellation takes effect immediately, but you will retain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the subscription period.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our services within 7 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund. This guarantee applies only to the first subscription purchase and not to renewals.

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it within 2-3 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact time may vary depending on your payment provider.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method.
If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from using our services, and our support team is unable to resolve them within 48 hours, you may be eligible for a refund regardless of the 7-day period. Each case will be evaluated individually.
If you are charged multiple times for the same subscription, we will immediately refund the duplicate charges upon verification.
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback, as we are committed to resolving all customer concerns fairly.
You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. When upgrading, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remaining period. When downgrading, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to your current plan's features until then.
